VAYNÉ – Terms and Conditions

1. General

Welcome to VAYNÉ. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website and purchases made through our online store. Our store is powered by Shopify.

By using our store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

We sell clothing and other products. Product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing variations. We make reasonable efforts to display products and describe their features accurately.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or must be cancelled, we will notify you and issue any refund required by applicable law.

4. Prices and Taxes

Product prices are displayed in our online store. Applicable shipping costs and additional charges will be shown before you confirm your order. Taxes and other charges are determined in accordance with applicable rules.

5. Shipping and Delivery

If your order is delayed, lost, or does not arrive, please contact us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by delivery problems.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. You must notify the seller within the applicable period and return the product within the time required by law.

Legal exceptions may apply, including to personalised or clearly customised products. A product being made after an order is placed does not, by itself, mean that the right of withdrawal is excluded.

The VAYNÉ name, logo, original designs, and online store content belong to their respective rights holders. They may not be copied or used commercially without appropriate permission.

10. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Finnish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence that apply.
